This work first began as a result of a group of colleagues asking me to "share what I know".  My response at the time was that I didn't know what I knew - and what did they mean?  They asked me to share with them how it was that I did what I did - with reference to recieving guidance and intuition...
My guides said yes - and the work evolved from there.

A strong focus for me at all times is "if its not practical, why do it?" - and it is important to me to include this - particularly with this work.

Originally, the Intuitive Awareness work began as a 6 week process of meditation and development.  The iniatial stages of the work still remain this - looking at energy fields, developing sensitivity around "what is mine, what is yours", and learning to feel and understand the changes we pick up through our instinctive awareness of the energy around us.  At all times, the focus is towards working with love and light, in the highest and best good, in joyous harmony - and remaining within this sense of connection or energy.

From here it develops, growing towards development circles where recieving intuition and guidance is practised.  Practising recieving guidance and intuitions for each other in a safe space, sharing this - and not being too attached to the guidance that comes through.  Simply opening to recieve and to share this without judgement - noticing how much of it is appropriate and "real" without becomming lost in the messages, or the need to immediately practise whatever the guidance suggests.  Waiting to see each week what happens, working with deepening the sense of connection with this, learning to trust this and work with it, recognising the physical and energetic responses that happen within the physical body, and noticing what happens with the emotions as we work more deeply with the energy.  At all times, the intention - and practise - is focussed towards remaining connected with everyday life, but bringing in this deepening sense of intuition and looking at the practical applications.

Working with guidance and intuition requires a deepening of trust within the sense of connection each of us has to the universe and soul.  That this information coming through has a reason, and a source - and a focus towards the "best and highest" good for all of us.  This can mean moving beyond our own sense of fear, or what we feel is "acceptable behaviour" - and the process of doing this can be challenging.  To have a development group that supports this, and creates a safe space to practise this - without attachment, or judgements, has been an honour to watch and be part of.  In many cases, this is the support network I didn't have when I was younger - and is my "give-back".  I do this to support in creating a practical framework in learning to work with and trust developing intuitive awareness.

I have been guided to do this process over 6 week meditation groups, with a 6 week break inbetween each "course", or in a 1 day workshop - depending on the people involved.  I have also worked with individuals in a mentoring process as they deepen into this work.  Each situation, each individual is different, and the work requires a sense of surrender from myself - that who comes, comes, and I teach what is presented to me at the beginning of each evening or day through my own sense of guidance.  This means "the lesson plan" can change, on the day, sometimes minutes before the course is due to start, depending on the group or individuals who commit to being present at that time.
