Meditation is a way of calming the mind, being in the moment...
Different people meditate for different reasons. And over the years, I've had many different people ask me for guided meditations.
This page comes as a response to that - and once again, intuitive guidance I've recieved. Along the way, as I've done Intuitive readings for people, I've often found that there were images for a mediation that would come through specifically for an individual. Or specifically for a group if I happened to be working with a group at that time.
Some of the group meditations are very specific within the environment of that "course" - so I tend to keep those seperate from the ones I am offering here. They have a particular focus, within the course environment - deepening energy, strengthening intuition - and my instinct is to keep them within the course environment as they are a way of deepening the understanding within that context.
Taking these out of that context - simply does not feel appropriate or supported.
Having said this, I am in the process of turning these into a book, or "set" to go with each course I run. This is something which is still being developed and worked with further as the intuitive guidance comes through.
