It is important to know where your guidance comes from, the energy that comes with it, and to practise and observe daily the sense of connection that this brings to you.  Always, set the intention to work with highest intent, with love and light, for all concerned.  And remember - you always have free choice about what actions you take.  If you are not certain, ask. There will be a response within your body.  If you feel uncomfortable, don't continue.

What follows below is only an outline for the first steps.  In choosing to develop your intuition and learning to work with guidance, it is always important to work with a group, or a teacher, or some form of external support.  There is nothing which can replace having someone with experience there to support you and assist with building energy and confidence in the body.

When working to develp or strengthen your intuition, there are many different approaches, techniques and exercises for supporting this.
But there is a basic format or "step by step" process - which becomes so ingrained with so many that it almost becomes forgotten - because it becomes such an instinctive process.
This does not take away from it's importance, or from the effect it has.

Always set your intention - that you work with love, light and the highest good.
Always ask that your guides hold you within light whilst you work.
Ask permission for the work that you do, knowing that it is held in light.
When you finish, give thanks for the support and guidance recieved, bringing your awareness fully back to the body, here and now, before resuming day-to-day activities.

Balance any intuitive guidance or awareness against the practicalities and realities of your daily situation and circumstances.  Simply because you recieve intuitive guidance about flying does not mean you should leap out of a window!  If a friend was to give you advice, you would balance it against your own choices - do the same with any and all intuitive guidance you recieve.
