Therapies

Over the years I have worked with a wide range of therapies and healing modalities. Underlying all of these is a strong awareness of energy, intuition and a desire to work from the perspective of honouring and supporting soul within the physical.

I work with energetic and intuitive awareness to support, honour and empower each individual to the best of my ability, in the highest good. I look at where each individual is within their own life journey, understanding and perspective, and then work from there. My approach to each individual is unique to that person, and as I continue to work with my intuition, I build in consecutive sessions on the energy already held within the body, as well as the understanding and knowledge of that individual.

When I work, my intuitive guidance comes through strongly, so although I may set out to work with a particular healing technique, this quite often changes dependant on the energy and guidance I receive whilst I am working. Each of the different modalities I work within is, to a greater or lesser degree, flexible enough to allow for this.
