There is so much change in our world at this time.

More and more, this is becomming an intensely challenging time in which to live.

And yet, at the same time, the oppertunities we each have to meet this change - and live with it, creating something more - can be huge...

For myself, I live with an intuitive awareness of energy and soul - and what this means to me.

This shapes and colours my day-to-day life, and has an impact on the roles it calls me towards, - locally and globally.

My work ranges internationally from:

* working as a holistic massage therapist & energetics practioner

* working intuitively to facilitate growth into a stronger sense of soul awareness

* working within communities to empower those communities towards a stronger sense of community

* health and well-being - for the individuals within the community as well as the community itself

The countries from where I currently work are the United Kingdom, South Africa & Denmark.

On a day-to-day basis, I work with energy and with soul awareness and hands-on therapies, and I teach or support individuals in the "how to" of developing their own way of working with intuition and energetic awareness. I have been asked to do online mentoring, and to share some of the intuitive messages and guidance I receive. I also work with an awareness of permaculture, and a vision of building or creating sustainable communities - for us all, but also towards honouring the future of this planet where we live.

To me, this site is about sharing knowledge, and sharing the journey.
