Reiki courses, levels 1 through to Reiki
 Master / Teacher. 

The discipline of Reiki I practise is Usui Reiki Ryoho and I work within this to teach and practise Reiki.

Level 1 is focussed around practical experience, "hands on work" and developing confidence in working with the energy.  Generally, I teach this over either 2 full days or 4 half-days, with there being 4 attunements.

Level 2 is primarily focussed around distance work, and begins to look more deeply at the emotional healing aspects.  Generally, this is 1 full day with 2-3 attunements. 

Reiki Masters / Teacher is an ongoing process with you, the student, working to develop confidence and skills, whilst teaching and practising alongside myself and other students.  It is your choice wether the focus is concentrated around healing techniques or teaching skills - though both aspects are included.  It takes as long as it takes, until you feel confident and comfortable with the work.  Attunements are exchanged to provide practise and raise energy levels.
